Hearing in Patiala High Court in Nirbhaya gang case has been postponed today. According to the media report, on the demand of issuing the death warrant of the convicts, the judge said, "I have received information from the Supreme Court that the mercy petition of Akshay has been accepted and will be heard on December 17. It has been postponed ... It is believed that this hearing can now be held in Patiasa House Court on December 18.
